Returns & Refunds
Our Policy
Because all of our miniatures are made-to-order and 3D printed specifically for your purchase, we are unable to accept returns on undamaged items. We stand firmly behind our quality, and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your claim, we'll need:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours and offer a replacement or full refund for the affected item(s).
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent out at no additional cost. In most cases, you won't need to return the incorrect item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production hasn't already begun. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
