The Forge Membership Billing Policy

Billing Cycle

• Membership fees are billed on the 1st of each month.
• The first month is $1 if you sign up by March 10th, with regular pricing of $20/month beginning the following billing cycle.

Payment Methods

• All payments must be made via credit/debit card or other accepted digital payment methods.
• By enrolling in The Forge Membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method on file.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Memberships can be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting customer support.
• Cancellations made before the 1st of the month will prevent the next charge.
• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused membership benefits.

Failed Payments & Account Suspension

• If a payment fails, you will receive a notification and have 5 days to update your payment method.
• Accounts with unpaid balances after 5 days may be suspended until payment is received.
• Continued non-payment may result in membership termination and loss of benefits.

Changes to Membership Pricing or Terms

• The Forge reserves the right to update pricing or membership benefits with at least 30 days’ notice to active members.
• Any pricing changes will take effect on the next billing cycle following notification.

Additional Fees

• No hidden fees—your membership cost covers all included benefits.
• Exclusive promotions, tournament entries, and certain special events may require separate purchases outside of membership.
