So I’ve been a member for a month so far or a little under but I think I’ve already gotten pretty good value out of the membership a free pack every month is very nice because it essentially pushes the membership in terms of value for people who don’t buy a lot of stuff pretty significantly also the coffee is a nice added bonus I only really have a few remarks.
The only other major competition regarding Memberships are TEG and Lifelink and your base membership platform is about the same as theirs regarding tier 1 benefits the only other things beating your membership out is TEG offers 10$ off booster boxes and 5% additional trade in credit which would probably be the distinguishing factor for me going their more often if they weren’t 10 minutes further from my home
They also have a tiered system that gives you access to accrued store credit every month 10-15$ at the gold and platinum levels. I think I would just prefer accrued store credit with purchases that’s accredited to your membership and you guys do prizing better.
And then the only like real benefit of owning a lifelink membership over a forge membership is that at the 60$ price point it’s free event entry. I will say TEG does a free deckbox and a free box of sleeves with every commander precon purchase as well so that’s sick too.
I think my ideal membership system would look like this:
Tier 1 (15-25$): 10$ booster every month; 10% off all product; 10% off at the daily grind; buy 5 get 1 on boosters and paints; and 5-10$ of store credit for every 50-100$ spent.
Tier 2 (25-35$): 10$ off all booster boxes and Boxed miniatures sets; 5-10$ credit in store credit every month; 5-10% additional trade in value
Tier 3 (35-50$) 10-15$ in store credit every month; Free entry fee to all events (not including cost of packs)
I would also probably do a free select deck box and sleeves for every pre-made deck purchase for all games.
Also Also I don’t actually know if there’s any difference between the veteran/military/first responder membership and the base one so it should probably be distinguished better.
